The inauguration of the flag poles is at hand. An "evening" rally has been scheduled at the flag poles, which were erected to block the lighted ticker-tape sign at the American mission in Havana. The participation of the comandante in sneakers (the project manager) is not confirmed. Wouldn't be easier to see a lighted sign in the evening? Great planning!!
