First of Happy New Year to all. This year, you will need to set your clock back 1 second before the stroke of midnight. This will put you in sink with the atomic clock. The clock is more precise in keeping time than the earth's own rotation, as earth tends to slow or speed up as people gain weight during the holidays and loose with their New Year's resolutions.
